Job Description
As a Work Area Manager at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]'s Dorset Mail Centre, you will manage operations in a specified area, leading a dedicated team of 20 full and part time employees.
What does the role involve?
- Lead a team of 20 employees, holding regular one-to-ones and team meetings
- Champion health and safety initiatives and identify areas for improvement
- Support the Shift Manager to ensure high quality service and operational targets are met
- Manage sick absence, attendance, training, and development
- Drive continuous improvement programmes

Shift Pattern
