The role
- Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
- Handling files from instruction through to completion with full autonomy
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts and associated documentation
- Providing clear, straightforward advice to clients, ensuring they feel informed and supported throughout
- Liaising with estate agents, lenders, solicitors and third parties to keep transactions progressing efficiently
- Conducting searches and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations
- Maintaining accurate case management records and consistently meeting deadlines
- Supporting junior colleagues and assisting with supervision where required

You
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive
- Proven experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload
- Confident working independently while contributing to a wider team

- Organised, proactive and comfortable managing competing deadlines
- Professional, detail-focused and committed to delivering a high-quality service
