Purpose of Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic HCPC Qualified Occupational Therapist to join us at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]. The successful therapist will play a key role in the provision of high-quality services for pupils with complex special educational needs and disabilities. As part of our wider Clinical Team, you will have access to support from our in-house Clinical Team and Senior Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing direct assessment
- Intervention and consultation
- Playing a key role in high-quality services for pupils with complex special educational needs and disabilities
- Working with support from other professionals within the Clinical Team
Requirements
- HCPC registered therapists are preferred
- Interest in attachment and developmental trauma
- Post qualification experience of SEN education and familiarity with OT assessment tools and interventions
- Experience in sensory integration and sensory-based interventions
- Passionate champions of students with SEND
- Full UK Driving License and access to a vehicle
