NQ + Employment Solicitor – Chambers Band 1 Team – N.Yorkshire

Job Description

I’m working with a standout firm whose Employment team is ranked Band 1 in Chambers UK, and they’re now looking to add to their already well-established and highly regarded team.

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a close-knit but specialist team, where you’ll be encouraged to build strong client relationships, develop your commercial awareness, and really make an impact.

The work is genuinely varied (though it's only a little bit of claimant work) – you’ll be advising both employers and employees across a range of sectors, supporting on everything from day-to-day employment matters through to more strategic, complex issues. This includes corporate support work, advising on settlement agreements, and delivering practical, commercially focused advice.

There’s also a real client-facing element to this role. The team regularly delivers seminars and updates, so you’ll need to be comfortable presenting and engaging with clients in that setting - it doesn't matter if you haven't done it before, but an enthusiasm for it is key.
