Job Description

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Assistant to join a highly regarded North West law firm with a long-standing reputation for delivering exceptional client service and high-quality conveyancing work. Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support to fee earners across all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new builds.
  • Assist with preparing documents, liaising with clients and third parties, updating case management systems, and ensuring transactions progress smoothly from instruction to completion.

Requirements

Experience as a Conveyancing Assistant or Legal Secretary within a property team. Highly organised, proactive, and enjoys working as part of a supportive, client-focused team.
