Property Litigation Solicitor – Top 100 Firm – Hybrid Working (2 Office:3 Home)

This is a tremendous opportunity for a property litigation solicitor (ideally NQ - 8 PQE) to join one of the UK's leading commercial firms in Manchester. Hybrid / Flexible Working (2 Office: 3 Home), Salary to £75,000, Genuine Career Progression, Top Quality Benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deal with a broad mix of development disputes, service charge issues, rent review, dilapidations, break clauses and landlord & tenant disputes.
  • Work with a stellar client base from across the UK, primarily focusing on the healthcare sector, including developers, pension funds, landowners, GP practices and NHS trusts.
  • Work as part of a close knit team sharing work from across the UK with an emphasis on London clients and complex property litigation transactions.

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor with experience in property litigation (ideally NQ - 8 PQE).
  • Strong knowledge of development disputes, service charge issues, rent review, dilapidations, break clauses, and landlord & tenant law.
  • Ability to handle complex litigation and manage client relationships.
