Description
This is a long-established private practice, led by a Partner who is genuinely passionate about the firm’s continued growth and development. Importantly, that ambition doesn’t come at the expense of the team. They understand the impact that excessive workloads can have, and are very mindful of avoiding burnout—creating an environment where people can perform at their best without being overstretched. As a result, they are keen to speak with an ambitious and committed Solicitor who is looking to join a stable and supportive firm. This is not a place where you’ll be micromanaged on time recording; instead, the focus is very much on delivering a high standard of client service and building strong, lasting relationships. If you have between 2 and 5 years post qualifying experience of successfully managing your own caseload of personal injury matters with a focus on RTA and EL/PL matters, are commercially astute and are committed to securing the best possible outcome for your clients I want to speak to you.
