Description

We are working with a highly regarded, award-winning law firm to recruit an experienced Executive Administrator to join their busy Private Client team. The Role

This is a key position within a fast-paced department, providing high-quality administrative support to ensure the team operates efficiently and continues to deliver exceptional service to clients. You will play an important role in maintaining compliance, managing workflows, and supporting fee earners across a wide range of tasks.

  • Managing and maintaining department files (both digital and physical), including matter opening, ID checks, closing, and archiving
  • Producing, formatting, and filing legal documents, copies, and scans
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures
  • Supporting the billing process and liaising with the Finance team
  • Providing technical typing support
  • Handling incoming calls and acting as a first point of contact
  • Managing diaries and coordinating meetings
  • Contributing to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives

About You

  • Previous experience in legal administration (Private Client experience desirable)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Confident, proactive, and professional approach
  • Strong IT skills, with experience using case management systems
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm

Experience using SOS case management system is advantageous.
