Learning & Development Business Partner

About the Role

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Consulting is working on behalf of one of our education clients in the search for a Learning & Development Business Partner. This is a national role, offering remote working with travel across the UK, along with regular meetings in Leeds. This role will play a key part in supporting the development of colleagues across a multi-site care and education organisation, driving learning initiatives that improve performance, engagement, and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Designing and delivering learning and development programmes across operational and support teams
  • Supporting leadership development and succession planning across the organisation
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders to identify training needs and implement effective solutions
  • Driving a culture of continuous learning and professional development
  • Supporting onboarding, induction, and development pathways
  • Evaluating training effectiveness and using data to improve learning outcomes

Requirements

  • Experience in a Learning & Development or Organisational Development role
  • Proven experience in learning and development - ideally within the education sector
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience designing and delivering training programmes
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach
