About the Role

As a Security Officer with [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], you will be responsible for:

  • Welcoming staff and visitors and creating a safe, professional atmosphere
  • Conducting regular patrols and monitoring premises to prevent unauthorised access, theft, or vandalism
  • Monitoring access points, CCTV, and handling security procedures
  • Responding promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents
  • Completing detailed reports on daily activities and incidents
  • Assisting in emergency situations, including evacuations and first aid support
  • Adapting to different client sites
  • Working as part of a diverse, supportive team

What We Are Looking For

  • Current DS SIA Licence
  • Proven experience in a security role
  • Strong observational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Flexibility to work shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays
