About the Role
As a Resource Planning Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Workforce plans and rosters consistently deliver the right level of coverage across all locations, aligned to demand, service standards, and compliance requirements.
- Rostering approach maximises productivity and minimises over/understaffing through effective use of core hours, shift design, and workforce availability.
- Overtime and short-term resourcing are proactively managed to maintain service while controlling cost.
- Short-term planning is agile and responsive, enabling the operation to adapt quickly to changing conditions.
- Planning decisions are informed by accurate data and insight, driving continuous improvement in performance and efficiency.

What we are looking for
- Proven experience in workforce or resource planning within a fast-paced operational environment
- Strong understanding of rostering, scheduling, and workforce optimisation
- Experience managing overtime planning and cost control
- Confident working with forecasted demand
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience producing reports and insights
- Good understanding of working time regulations, compliance
- Analytical and solution-focused
- Strong communicator
