About the role
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Ltd is seeking a motivated Compliance Analyst to join our London team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to build solid experience in compliance, AML/KYC, and regulatory reporting within an FCA-regulated investment firm operating across multiple jurisdictions, including the UK and Cyprus.
What you’ll do
- Ensure the firm complies with all applicable regulatory standards and requirements across multiple jurisdictions;
- Conduct client onboarding and perform KYC/CDD checks;
- Monitor transactions and identify unusual or suspicious activity;
- Escalate potential compliance or financial crime concerns appropriately;
- Support the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures;
- Analyze regulatory changes and assess their impact on the business;
- Assist in preparation of regular compliance reports for internal stakeholders and management;
- Assist in maintaining and enhancing internal controls to prevent legal or regulatory breaches;
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g. operations, front office, risk);
- Facilitate staff training on compliance policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions;
- Promote and foster a strong culture of compliance and ethical practices across the firm
What we’re looking for
- Degree in Law, Finance, Business or related field.
- 2 year+ experience in compliance, AML, law or financial services is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Good organisational and analytical skills.
- Fluency in English; other languages an advantage.
