FULL DESCRIPTION
Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Location: Attleborough, Norfolk
Salary: £48,000 - £50,000 per annum
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Shift Pattern: Week 1: Mon-Fri 05:00-15:00, Week 2: Mon-Fri 16:00-02:00
The Role
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across production equipment. Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults efficiently. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machinery performance and reliability. Work collaboratively with production teams to minimise downtime. Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety standards.
Requirements
- Multi-skilled engineer with strong electrical competencies
- Experience within a manufacturing or production environment (food industry desirable but not essential)
- Ability to fault find on a range of automated machinery
- Relevant engineering qualifications (e.g. NVQ, City & Guilds, HNC or equivalent)
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a team
