Maintenance Manager/Engineer
Location: Eccles, Greater Manchester
Salary: £49,000 - £52,000 per annum + Benefits

The Role
- Lead and support a small team of 2 engineers
- 70/30 split – electrically biased, hands-on role
- Maintain and troubleshoot: Sensors, relays, and drives; Single & three-phase motors; Food production machinery
- Drive reliability and continuous improvement across the site
Requirements
- Electrical qualifications (essential)
- Food/FMCG manufacturing background (essential)
- Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience
- Comfortable leading a small team while remaining hands-on
Package
- Salary: £49,000 – £52,000
- Hours: 7am – 4pm (flexibility required)
- Shift Pattern: Days only
- Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays
- Pension: NEST scheme
- Healthcare: Available after 1 year
