Job Introduction
We are seeking a proactive and friendly Account Manager to drive growth across the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Group. What You'll Be Doing
- Drive Growth: Proactively promote, upsell, and cross-sell [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] products and services including PlanIt Schemes of Work, Professional Development (PD), Physical Products and more to highlight how they enhance the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] membership experience.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and consistent messaging.
- Sales Coordination: Partner with stakeholders across the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Group to support the efficient and timely delivery of products and services.
- Customer Success: Identify opportunities to improve engagement and satisfaction, nurturing long-term relationships that lead to retention and growth.
What You'll Bring
- Proven success in upselling, cross-selling, or customer success roles, with measurable impact on revenue growth or retention.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences, from individual educators to school leaders.
- A collaborative approach by confidently working across departments to align onboarding with wider business goals.
- Highly organised, proactive, and customer-focused, with excellent attention to detail.
- A genuine passion for education and supporting those who teach is essential.
