Job Introduction

The Digital Products team creates engaging educational experiences across web, iOS, and Android. We're looking for a Lead Product Designer who is passionate about building exceptional digital learning products.
How You'll Spend Your Day
- Oversee and align team efforts: Provide guidance to your team of designers, partner with Principal designer to implement design system.
- Mentoring and team development: Act as a mentor, support professional growth.
- Roadmap planning for design: Work with product and engineering to plan roadmap.
- Customer-centric UX/UI design: Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs.
- Leverage customer insights: Collaborate with UXR and customer insights teams.
- Design exploration: Coordinate ideation forums.
- Stakeholder management: Build relationships and communicate designs.
- Support end-to-end product development process.

We're Interested in People That Have
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
- 5+ years of product design experience, preferably in customer-facing web/mobile apps, education technology.
- Experience designing for educational, interactive, or gamified products.
- Experience leading or mentoring other designers.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design process.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Understanding of accessibility standards.
- Understanding of EdTech, gamification, AI is a plus.
