Job Introduction

The Digital Products team creates engaging educational experiences across web, iOS, and Android. We're looking for a Lead Product Designer who is passionate about building exceptional digital learning products.

How You'll Spend Your Day

  • Oversee and align team efforts: Provide guidance to your team of designers, partner with Principal designer to implement design system.
  • Mentoring and team development: Act as a mentor, support professional growth.
  • Roadmap planning for design: Work with product and engineering to plan roadmap.
  • Customer-centric UX/UI design: Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs.
  • Leverage customer insights: Collaborate with UXR and customer insights teams.
  • Design exploration: Coordinate ideation forums.
  • Stakeholder management: Build relationships and communicate designs.
  • Support end-to-end product development process.

We're Interested in People That Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
  • 5+ years of product design experience, preferably in customer-facing web/mobile apps, education technology.
  • Experience designing for educational, interactive, or gamified products.
  • Experience leading or mentoring other designers.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design process.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of accessibility standards.
  • Understanding of EdTech, gamification, AI is a plus.
