Job Introduction

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking an experienced SEO Growth Operations Manager to act as the operational heartbeat of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s SEO function. Reporting directly to the Director of SEO, ensuring that our global SEO strategy translates into consistent delivery, scalable systems, and measurable growth.

What you'll be doing

• Operational Leadership & Delivery: Own day-to-day operations of the SEO team, implement automation-first processes, manage SEO scorecard and dashboards.
• Strategy Execution: Translate global strategy into actionable programs across US, UK, and priority markets, drive full-funnel keyword strategies and content optimisation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Production, Product & Engineering, Data/BI, and support authority-building initiatives.
• Global & Geo Delivery: Ensure localised execution in key geographies, manage geo SEO implementation teams.
• Team Enablement & Culture: Champion SEO education, foster delivery-focused culture, mentor SEO team leads.

• Proven track record of running large-scale, multi-geo SEO programs.
• Deep expertise across technical SEO, keyword strategy, content operations, and authority-building.
