The Position
Head of Marketing - [Employer hidden] Platform is a high-impact, data-driven leadership role focused on aligning marketing initiatives with long-term business growth objectives across the multi territory [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Platform business, whilst aligning with the wider [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Group initiatives.
Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Vision: Develop multi-year marketing roadmaps and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies aligned with corporate revenue targets.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth competitor analysis, market segmentation, and buyer persona research.
- Commercial Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales leaders to create value propositions, messaging frameworks, and lead-nurturing programs.
- Performance & ROI Management: Establish KPIs, measurement frameworks, and reporting systems.
- Brand & Positioning: Define and protect the brand's unique value proposition.
- Team Management: Day to day management of the marketing team across the Platform business.
Candidate Profile
- Analytical Methodology: Proficiency in data visualisation and BI tools.
- Strategic Thinking: Balance long-term brand-building with immediate ROI.
- Leadership & Influence: Experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Technical Literacy: Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation (e.g., Pathway), and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics 4).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business; MBA or CIM certification preferred.
