Senior Sales Negotiator

Ambitious Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator required for a well-established, independent estate agency in Surrey. This is a fantastic role for an ambitious sales professional looking to join a premium brand, working within a busy, high-performing office where service, reputation and results are everything. You’ll be part of a supportive and driven team, with access to strong stock levels, a well-known local presence, and genuine earning potential.

The Role

You will play a key part in driving the success of the office, delivering exceptional service to buyers and vendors while maximising opportunities across the sales process. Responsibilities will include:

  • Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
  • Conducting property viewings and providing expert local advice
  • Negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion
  • Building strong relationships with clients and generating repeat business
  • Contributing to the overall performance and success of the branch

About You

  • Previous experience within estate agency (sales essential)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Target-driven with a proactive, positive approach
  • High standards of customer service and presentation
  • Good local knowledge (or ability to quickly build it)
  • Full UK driving licence
