A well-established, high-performing independent estate agency in Addlestone is looking for a Sales / Senior Sales Negotiator to join their busy and successful office. This is a great move for someone who enjoys being in the thick of the action — dealing with motivated buyers and sellers in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

The Role

• Registering and qualifying applicants
• Conducting viewings and building strong buyer relationships
• Negotiating offers and securing deals
• Generating new business opportunities
• Supporting the team to hit and exceed targets

About You

• Minimum 12 months’ estate agency experience
• Confident negotiator with a strong work ethic
• Target-driven and commercially aware
• Excellent customer service skills
• Positive, team-focused attitude
