Role Overview

Our client is seeking a Senior Lettings Consultant or an Assistant Lettings Manager to act as a strong number two within their dedicated lettings team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the lettings department, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional client service. With plenty of room for progression, this role is ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate market appraisals and instructions through various methods
  • Conduct market appraisals and provide expert advice to landlords.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to landlords, tenants, and applicants.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the lettings portfolio.
  • Work collaboratively within the team, assisting where needed to ensure smooth operations.
  • Stay informed on market trends and industry regulations to provide accurate and professional guidance.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an estate agency lettings role.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive and go-getting attitude with a drive to succeed.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
