Assistant Branch Manager

Assistant Branch Manager role in Yateley with a respected independent estate agency. You will conduct property valuations, win instructions, support the branch team, drive sales performance, and deliver customer service.

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced estate agent to step into an Assistant Branch Manager role with a well-established and highly regarded independent agency covering the Hampshire and Surrey borders. This is the perfect next step for a Senior Sales Negotiator with valuation experience who is ready to move into a leadership position and build a long-term career within a successful, growing business.

The Opportunity

Joining a respected multi-branch agency, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the office while driving new business and maintaining exceptional service levels. This is a hands-on role where you will be both winning instructions and leading from the front.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct property valuations and convert market appraisals into instructions
  • Support and motivate the branch team to achieve targets
  • Drive sales performance and contribute to overall branch success
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to vendors and buyers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and applicants
  • Assist in the strategic growth and development of the branch

About You

  • Proven experience in residential estate agency
  • Strong track record in valuations and instruction winning
  • Currently a Senior Sales Negotiator or similar, ready to step up
  • Some leadership or mentoring experience is advantageous
  • Confident, articulate, and commercially driven
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Positive, team-focused approach
  • Full UK driving licence and own car essential
  • Good knowledge of the local area is a strong advantage
