Sales / Senior Sales Negotiator
Experienced Sales/Senior Negotiator required for a busy, well-established independent estate agency in Addlestone. Offering a basic salary up to £25k and realistic OTE of £50k, this is a fantastic opportunity for a driven estate agent with at least 12 months’ experience to join a high-performing office and maximise earnings.
About the Role
A well-established, high-performing independent estate agency in Addlestone is looking for a Sales / Senior Sales Negotiator to join their busy and successful office. This is a great move for someone who enjoys being in the thick of the action — dealing with motivated buyers and sellers in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
The Role
- Registering and qualifying applicants
- Conducting viewings and building strong buyer relationships
- Negotiating offers and securing deals
- Generating new business opportunities
- Supporting the team to hit and exceed targets
About You
- Minimum 12 months’ estate agency experience
- Confident negotiator with a strong work ethic
- Target-driven and commercially aware
- Excellent customer service skills
- Positive, team-focused attitude
