Role Requirements

A Waiter/Waitress is:

• People focused, and genuinely cares about the experience of guests and our team alike.
• An enthusiastic and proactive individual, who is happy supporting the Restaurant team with responsibility in all areas of the restaurant.
• Able to work with integrity, generosity, and excellent attention to detail for people & product.
• Passionate and knowledgeable about food, wine, and hospitality and able to exceed guests’ expectations.
• A champion of our values and ethos, motivating the team to be always working to a ‘best in class’ level.
• Experienced in a similar restaurant role for two years or more.
• Driven and devoted to delivering a high level of genuine hospitality and fun for team and guests alike.
