Based in Clacton on sea. Salary: Starting at £13.00 per Hour.

Job Purpose: Promote the mission statement and values of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Supported living providing safe, sound, and supportive care and support. To work with the people that you are paid to support to enable them to lead as independent and fulfilling lives as possible. This role requires at least 2 years care experience supporting people who require enhanced support with complex needs.
Main Duties and Responsibilities: Follow individual support plans and risk assessments; support people to live the life they want; assist with personal care, medication, cooking, shopping, finances; act as key worker; attend handovers; ensure safeguarding; maintain records; drive if qualified; flexible including nights and weekends.
