FULL DESCRIPTION

Senior D365 Business Central Project Manager

Location: London (UK-based, remote-first)

Salary: £65,000 – £85,000 per year

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

Experience Level: Senior

Role

You’ll be joining a Microsoft-focused consultancy that’s gone through a strong period of growth, driven by a mix of new client wins and expansion across existing accounts. Rather than chasing volume, they’ve built a reputation for delivering well-structured, high-quality programmes which has led to repeat work and larger engagements. They’re now delivering more complex Business Central projects across multi-site and multi-country environments, and need a senior Project Manager who can take full ownership of delivery. This is a role for someone who enjoys being trusted to run projects properly, not just follow a process.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of Business Central projects (typically £200k+)
  • Manage scope, timelines and budget with full accountability
  • Control and challenge scope creep to protect delivery and commercials
  • Lead client engagement across key project phases including kick-offs and milestones
  • Coordinate internal teams and ensure delivery standards are maintained
  • Provide clear reporting on progress, risks and financials
  • Drive structured, consistent project governance across engagements

Required Skills

  • Proven experience delivering D365 Business Central projects
  • Strong project ownership with experience managing £200k+ programmes
  • Confident in budget management and commercial awareness
  • Ability to manage and push back on scope where needed
  • Experience working across multi-site or multi-country rollouts
  • Strong stakeholder management across both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Background within a Microsoft Partner environment is beneficial

Why Should I Apply?

This is an opportunity to step into a role where you’re trusted to deliver properly. The business has built momentum through successful project delivery, not sales hype, and that’s translating into more complex and interesting work. You’ll be working in an environment where structure, delivery quality and commercial awareness are valued, without unnecessary layers or micromanagement. There’s a strong pipeline already secured, giving you stability alongside the chance to work on programmes that actually challenge you. If you’re looking for a role where you can take ownership, influence delivery, and be part of a business that’s growing in the right way, this is worth a conversation.
