Mental Health Support Worker

You'll support individuals with mental health needs, learning disabilities, and complex care requirements. Experience in 1:1 support is advantageous but not essential; at least 12 months experience in a mental health setting with restraint training is preferred, though free CPI training is available.

What You'll Be Doing

Assisting service users with personal care, supporting everyday needs, promoting independence, working as part of a team or independently, and following care plans to maintain dignity and achieve goals.

Requirements

• Over 18 years old and right to work in the UK.
• Flexibility and ability to travel.
• Good English and communication skills.
• Clear enhanced DBS (available upon registration).
