The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in the Platfform team, supporting young people to discover and connect with Platfform by building relationships with schools, youth organisations and community partners. The role promotes Platfform programmes through outreach activity, events and workshops across a range of external and community settings. Reporting to the Creative Learning Producer, the role works closely with the Platfform and Creative Learning teams.

Key Requirements

  • Open only to Platfform members (e.g. Radio Platfform, Next Up Academy, Youth Theatre, Youth Collective) who have engaged for at least 12 months and been active in the last 3 months.
  • Experience or passion for encouraging people to take part in activities.
  • Experience or enthusiasm for working with young people facing barriers to accessing the arts.
  • Clear, organised approach to tasks including preparing for meetings and workshops.
  • Understanding of local youth and community organisations relevant to our programmes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams or organisations to deliver projects, programmes or events.
