Spa Host

Role & Responsibilities

  • Offer a high level of consistent, friendly and efficient care to all spa clients and visitors.
  • Work within spa guidelines to ensure accurate client bookings.
  • Deal with all client queries – by phone, post, online and face-to-face.
  • Maintain good knowledge of products and treatments.
  • Consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Carry out Reception procedures including opening/closing of the Spa.
  • Liaise with Spa therapists to ensure treatment time guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate client database.
  • Create and distribute marketing literature.
  • Carry out administrative duties (filing, banking, stock taking).
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Work within health and safety guidelines.
  • Provide flexibility with covering shifts.

This role has a starting rate of £12.25 per hour. On successful completion of probation period you will receive an increase to £12.75 per hour and £50 in hotel vouchers.
