What We're Looking For

• A seasoned pro in leading a team and developing a business.
• Experience as a deputy manager, retail manager, store manager, catering manager, or equivalent.
• Ability to drive to support businesses in your district during training.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and evenings.

Progression

Upon successful completion of the 12-week induction program, you will be assessed for readiness to take on a General Manager role. If you’ve smashed your training plan, you’ll be considered for available General Manager positions. Alternatively, individuals may be considered for Deputy or Assistant Manager positions.
