Brand Manager (German speaking)
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] (part of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]) is hiring a Brand Manager to shape the brand's commercial success. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Woking, UK.
THE ROLE: WHAT YOU’LL OWN
- Build brand fame and drive footfall with bold, culturally resonant campaigns
- Lead end-to-end national campaigns - from idea to execution to impact
- Own the full marketing mix (ATL, BTL, POS, digital, social, partnerships)
- Develop and manage the annual brand calendar and marketing budget
- Work with creative, media and digital agencies to deliver A-grade work
- Adapt global ideas, or kill them - to make sure they land locally
CULTURE, CONSUMER & COMMERCIAL IMPACT
- Bring deep understanding of EU culture and consumer behaviour
- Spot opportunities across product, messaging and activation
- Balance creative bravery with commercial judgement

- Powering new store openings with buzz-worthy activation
- Creating toolkits and guidance that make great local marketing easy

- Elevate our digital and social presence

IS THIS YOU?
- Have 4–6+ years’ experience in brand or consumer marketing
- Have led campaigns end-to-end and managed agencies like a pro
- Think creatively but act commercially
- Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Love collaboration, ownership and accountability
- Bring energy, curiosity and a challenger mindset
- Are fluent in English (German a bonus, not a blocker)
- Deep understanding of Germany/youth culture
- Ability to turn cultural insight into social-first, earned media campaign
- Experience working with limited budgets with strong earned media mindset
- Hands on budget management required
- Actively engaged with brand and cultural conversations on social media
