About the Meetings & Events Team

The Meetings & Events team at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] brings our stylish event spaces to life, hosting everything from intimate board meetings to grand weddings and large-scale corporate events. With a dedicated team of over 150 people ensuring every occasion runs seamlessly, delivering unforgettable experiences. Being part of this team means working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are ever the same.

Salary

The on-target earning potential for this role is a £13.14 hourly salary, comprising a base hourly rate of £12.71 supplemented by an estimated £0.43 in gratuities per hour, ensuring a rewarding compensation package.

About the Role

As a Meeting & Events Bar Assistant, your duties include all those of a waiter or bartender:

  • To welcome all guests a polite and friendly manner
  • To deliver a great experience from beginning to end
  • To confidently talk about our drinks menus, offer upsells and enthusiastically
  • Cleaning and good hygiene practices are a large part of this role
  • To work across any of the outlets that are in need of assistance to ensure the smooth running of the resort as a whole.
