The first step on the road to fitness, is making the decision to get started. Joining a gym is a little like dating. So, as Membership Advisor, it’s your job to ensure a perfect match. You’ll bring that vibrant personality to showcase our facilities to potential new members. You love meeting new people, by phone or in person when you give them a grand tour of the club. You’ll match their individual needs to the facilities on offer, and advise on additional products and services. What We Need From You

• A natural ability to interact with all types of people, use effective selling techniques and a belief in sales through service
• A passion for leisure, fitness and customer service
• An ability to understand individual needs and tailor service and communication
• A drive to achieve and exceed targets
• A team mentality, forming great relationships within leisure and other departments
