Night Auditor

About the Role
Night Auditors ensure every guest receives excellent service throughout the night, while maintaining strict control of all revenue streams, verifying the accuracy of guest accounts and balancing charges and revenues. Duties include managing check-in/out, providing local information, handling inquiries, and completing administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent multi-tasking and calm under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Smart and professional appearance
- Team-oriented and proactive
- 4-star hotel experience in similar role a real advantage
- Opera PMS and Micros experience is a plus
