Description

The Floor Supervisor plays a key role in delivering exceptional day to day service at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]. This position is responsible for leading the floor during service, supporting the management team, maintaining high operational standards, and ensuring every guest receives warm, professional, detail driven hospitality.

As a Floor Supervisor, you are expected to lead by example at all times. You will help create a service culture that is polished, personal, and consistent, while ensuring the restaurant, bar, terrace, and guest areas are well organised, well presented, and running smoothly.

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous experience in a busy hospitality environment
  • Experience serving on the floor in a quality food led pub, restaurant, or hotel
  • Strong service skills and confidence leading a section or shift
  • A positive, hands on attitude with a genuine love of hospitality
  • Excellent communication and teamworking skills
  • Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
  • High standards of personal presentation and professionalism
  • A good understanding of food, drink, and guest expectations

Desirable

  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Experience in a premium pub, inn, or restaurant environment
  • Wine knowledge and confidence with pairings
  • Experience with reservations systems and till systems
  • An interest in developing into an Assistant Manager role in future

Hours
