Description

Seamlessly collaborating with both the team and guests, you'll play a pivotal role in elevating the overall guest experience. This involves meticulously crafting a diverse array of beverages, including expertly mixed cocktails, curated wines, assorted beers, premium spirits, coffees, and refreshing soft drinks—all tailored to meet [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]'s exacting brand specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain complete knowledge of the drinks menu assisting with new ideas when appropriate.
  • Ensure the hot and cold drinks, cocktails, and wine are presented according to [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] standards.
  • Being aware of and following the correct allergy procedure at all times.
  • Maintain bar/coffee stock levels at all times.
  • Ensure coffee machine is properly maintained and in good working order.
  • Minimize wastage at all times and record appropriately.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of current licensing laws and ensure these are adhered to.
  • Use the POS system correctly to place orders and take payment ensuring all checks are correct and all items are charged at the correct price.
  • To have a thorough understanding of the F&B systems operating within [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal].
  • Adhere to opening and closing checklists.

  • Compliance with legal requirements under the Health & Safety Act 1974 and food hygiene.

  • To be at work and ready to start your shift as per your rota and to clock in and out accordingly.

  • Ensure to follow up any guidance or instructions given to you by management (i.e overall bar cleaning).

The Ideal Candidate

  • At least 1 years experience bartender in a high volume venue.
  • Experienced in making cocktails and coffees
