Key Responsibilities

  • Leading the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] online special cakes and customise cakes.
  • Checking the cake orders on a daily basis.
  • Ensuring quality standards and support to develop new design of cakes for our website.
  • Designing cakes for special occasions based on client specifications and special requests.
  • Making cakes and other desserts look beautiful by using artistic skills to create designs on cakes.
  • Taking onboard instructions from our cake coordinator, providing recommendations on cake decorations, sizes and packaging.
  • Making cake toppers, mixing and matching colours to create custom shades for frosting, icing, and decorations.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organise the kitchen according to food safety regulations.

Essential Experience

  • At least 2-years experience decorating premium cake products
  • You've worked in a food production environment
  • You have worked with luxury food products

Desirable

  • Up to date Food Hygiene certification
