Key Responsibilities

• Customer Excellence: Providing an excellent experience to each and every customer.
• Product Quality: Assisting in preparation and service of all products.
• Team Support: Assisting colleagues whenever possible.
• Safety & Standards: Following Food Safety controls.
• Operational Accuracy: Performing payment and cash handling procedures.
• Proactive Support: Following instructions from management.

Daily Duties

Retail

• Greeting customers in a friendly manner.
• Demonstrating fast, efficient service.
• Offering suggestions and using product knowledge.
• Dealing with complaints and reporting to management.
• Acting as final quality check on food and drinks.
• Communicating stock levels.
• Producing great quality coffee and drinks.

Production

• Minimising wastage by following recipes.
• Monitoring quality of bread and deliveries.
• Preparing product range correctly.
• Following Food Safety controls.

Barista

• Preparing coffee range and maintaining equipment.
• Conducting daily coffee checks and audits.
• Following opening, closing, and cleaning procedures.
• Ensuring coffee products are dated and rotated.

Skills

Sandwich Making Experience, Fast-Paced Experience, Knowledge of Coffees
