Your mission: Deliver outstanding product quality and an effortless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Excellence: Providing an excellent experience to each and every customer.
- Product Quality: Assisting in preparation and service of all products.
- Team Support: Assisting colleagues whenever possible.
- Safety & Standards: Following Food Safety controls.
- Operational Accuracy: Performing payment and cash handling procedures.
- Proactive Support: Following instructions from management.
Daily Duties
Retail
- Greeting customers in a friendly manner.
- Demonstrating fast, efficient service.
- Offering suggestions and using product knowledge.
- Dealing with complaints and reporting to management.
- Acting as final quality check on food and drinks.
- Communicating stock levels.
- Producing great quality coffee and drinks.
Production
- Minimising wastage by following recipes.
- Monitoring quality of bread and deliveries.
- Preparing product range correctly.
- Following Food Safety controls.
Barista
- Preparing coffee range and maintaining equipment.
- Conducting daily coffee checks and audits.
- Following opening, closing, and cleaning procedures.
- Ensuring coffee products are dated and rotated.
