What We Look For

• Experience championing excellent service through quality food
• Passion for leading and developing a team
• Active hands-on Chef with excellent communication skills
• Responsible and able to manage kitchen staff rota, training, and health and safety effectively
• Ability to demonstrate creativity in designing and delivering new dishes and daily specials
• Great planning and organisational skills for effective controls on GP and labour
• Proactive approach to driving sales and delivering growth
