Chef de Partie

  • Salary: £13.81 / Hour

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the smooth running of your designated section in the Kitchen, ensuring all food service areas achieve a consistently high standard of food presentation
  • Provide exceptional service by demonstrating full knowledge of our products and facilities
  • Ensure planning and preparation for service is completed in a prompt and efficient manner
  • Work collaboratively with your colleagues to deliver captivating experiences
  • Assist the Head Chef in the promotion and management of the criteria for the AA Rosette Standards throughout all required areas

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a 2AA Rosette location or 4 star hotel
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent leadership skills and communication skills
  • Experience with food ordering and stock management
