Salary: £31,500 - £35,000 / Year | Type: Full-time | Location: Pier Head, Exmouth EX8 1DU, UK
The Role
Your role as Sous Chef is to cook exceptional seafood dishes, ensuring every plate meets [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] standards. Lead and inspire a talented kitchen team, driving consistency and excellence. Support the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations and service. Maintain high standards in food safety, stock control, and cost management. Collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver unforgettable dining experiences.
