The Role

As Chef de Partie, you will work closely with the Sous Chef and wider kitchen team to run your section efficiently, contribute to menu development, and maintain the highest standards of quality and organisation. This role is ideal for a driven chef looking to develop within a fast-growing, ambitious restaurant group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and run your section during service, ensuring consistency and quality at all times
  • Prepare, cook and present dishes to brand standards
  • Maintain excellent organisation and mise en place on your section
  • Uphold strict food hygiene, health & safety and HACCP standards
  • Monitor stock levels, minimising waste and supporting ordering processes
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
  • Support and mentor junior chefs, contributing to their training and development
  • Collaborate with senior chefs on menu development and new dish creation

Requirements & Skills

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie in a high-quality, fast-paced kitchen
  • Passion for cooking with strong attention to detail and presentation
  • Experience with Japanese or Latin American cuisine is a bonus, but not essential
  • Solid technical cooking skills and strong kitchen fundamentals
  • Excellent organisation and time management under pressure
  • Strong teamwork skills with a proactive and positive attitude
  • Desire to grow and progress within an ambitious restaurant group
  • Full right to work in the UK (pre-settled or settled status if applicable)
