As Head Therapist what you’ll be doing

• Set the standards for our spa team and train them
• Create team rotas, training plans, and help progress our spa
• Perform treatments and maintain standards
• Work with senior spa and hotel team in a professional but playful environment
• Learn and share knowledge in our spa community
• Motivate and support the team in product knowledge and sales
• Feel an important part of the team as our spa develops
