Responsibilities

• Supporting Food & Beverage operations daily
• Managing a team across multiple outlets including Dining Domes and terrace
• Focus on guest and team experience
• Setting and maintaining standards, health and safety, allergen awareness
• Communicating effectively and training team

Requirements

• 2 years experience in similar role
• Supervisory and management skills
• Safe Food Handling knowledge
• Passion for guest experience
