What you’ll bring:
- Strong Head Chef experience in a high-volume, quality-led kitchen
- A natural ability to lead, inspire and develop your team
- A passion for fresh food, presentation and consistency
- Calm control under pressure — you set the tone for the kitchen
- Solid understanding of GP, stock control and minimising waste
- High standards when it comes to food safety and hygiene
- The drive to coach, mentor and grow chefs around you
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the kitchen day-to-day with energy, pace and pride
- Delivering consistently high-quality dishes to spec, every time
- Driving standards in food hygiene, allergen control and safety
- Managing stock, ordering and waste control like a pro
- Creating rotas and running a well-organised, efficient kitchen
- Training and developing your team — building future stars
- Keeping the kitchen clean, sharp and service-ready at all times
