Restaurant Manager in Training

This role involves supporting the General Manager in creating an inspiring restaurant environment, coaching team members, and ensuring core values are embraced. At least one year of experience as a Server or Supervisor is required. Benefits include paid overtime, tips, bonus schemes, pension, and more.
The Role
As Manager in Training, you will support the General Manager in creating a restaurant environment where the team is inspired to care about what they do through motivating, training and leading by example all the way.
You will coach your team to fulfil their full potential ensuring you and your team embrace our core values, 'Care, Community and Connection'.
As a new [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Manager in Training, you will be supported by a structured training plan, and we continuously develop your skills for a fulfilling career with us.
Will be required to supervise the serving of alcohol.
You will be required to have at least one years’ experience as a Server or at Supervisor level in a similar restaurant environment.
You will have a flexible approach to working hours, able to support the business when it’s at its busiest.
