The Role

You will be preparing the restaurant by ensuring cleanliness is to a high standard ready for guests. Must be able to reliably cover 5 days a week, to include weekends and have 1 year's professional cleaning experience. In return for your hard work, you will receive a fair share of all tronc and gratuities which can be up to and extra £2-3 per hour!
