The Role

  • Collaborate with our management team to lead the kitchen on shift.
  • Manage the flow of food service, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience.
  • Share your knowledge and passion for top-notch produce, helping your team grow and develop.
  • Handle key kitchen administrative tasks such as ordering, stock management, and rota planning.

You Are

  • Passionate about quality produce and building strong supplier relationships.
  • Experienced in a similar restaurant setting, with confidence in managing a busy kitchen section.
  • Knowledgeable in kitchen administration, including due diligence, ordering, and stock management.
