Overview
- Deliver warm, intuitive, and personalised service throughout each guest's dining journey
- Lead sections confidently, ensuring smooth coordination between front and back of house
- Support training and mentoring of junior team members
- Maintain exceptional product knowledge across food, wine, and beverage offerings
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues with professionalism and discretion
- Uphold all health, safety, and hygiene standards

About You
- Previous experience as a Head Waiter/ess or Senior Waiter in a premium or luxury restaurant
- A natural flair for hospitality and guest engagement
- Strong communication and organisational abilities
- Confidence in leading a section and supporting colleagues
- A passion for food, wine, and service excellence
- A positive, proactive attitude and a commitment to teamwork
