[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is launching two new entertainment venues in central London, breathing live music back into Soho and ushering in a new era for Denmark Street. We have created HERE, a 2000-capacity space for live concerts, club nights, comedy, arts and culture, and The Lower Third, a neighbourhood bar and grassroots music venue.

About the Role

As a barback/busser, you must ensure that the bar and floor run efficiently, are properly stocked, and perfectly presentable. You will show initiative, pre-empt restocks, and assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the front of house.

• Ensure bartenders have everything they need during shift
• Receive and store deliveries, maintain stock rotation
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
• Remove soiled glasses, empty bins, maintain BOH/FOH cleanliness
• Carry out bar prep including fruit and garnish preparation, mixing juices, making syrups
• Work at speed while maintaining a clean and efficient high-volume operation

About You

We do not require previous bar or hospitality experience, but it is a plus. Physical ability to lift kegs, heavy loads, carry trays and glassware, and stand for long periods is imperative. If you are passionate about entertainment, creativity, culture, and people, you will fit right in.
